  Normally very professional and reliable. However, the last two times I went to pick up my clothes on a Saturday, they had closed early. They put a handwritten note on the door and just left. In both cases I had a business trip early Monday morning and wasn't able to bring the clothes I just had cleaned. If you post business hours, keep the business hours. The second time did it for me. I'm going elsewhere.
